Change Notifications

Our release period is between 5pm and midnight NZ Standard time on Tuesdays.

We will send out an email notification to Eightwire Users giving at least a weeks notice if a release meets one of these criteria;

  • An outage is expected as part of the release.
  • Customer action is required on completion of the release (for example Agent update required).
  • The release involves new functionality.
