Change Notifications
Our release period is between 5pm and midnight NZ Standard time on Tuesdays.
We will send out an email notification to Eightwire Users giving at least a weeks notice if a release meets one of these criteria;
- An outage is expected as part of the release.
- Customer action is required on completion of the release (for example Agent update required).
- The release involves new functionality.
By default the primary account holder email is used for the notifications, however, to be added to the distribution list — please email us at support@eight-wire.com
